Aaron Valdez
Founder and President
Aaron has extensive experience implementing educational services in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Previously he was responsible for providing quality services to more than 2,000 students in 20 different school districts.
Aaron is highly experienced at hiring, training and managing a large number of tutors and marketing staff. Prior to opening his own company, he would consistently outperform his colleagues and prided himself on providing services to students that made a difference.
Passionate about giving back to his community, Aaron volunteers as a mentor to disenfranchised youth and attends and participates in The Gang and Drug Task Force for San Bernardino County.
Aaron also speaks to students about the dangers of gangs and drugs. He was asked by San Bernardino City Unified to speak to high school classrooms about owning a business and becoming an entrepreneur.
Aaron holds a masters in Business Administration. He is married with eight children and six grandchildren with three more on the way. Aaron dedicates his free time to enjoying his family.

Chad Brammer
Director
Chad is responsible for supervising and managing all programs, ensuring proper training for all program managers and staff, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines and requirements, and reviewing invoicing and expenditures by district.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, Chad has implemented and overseen successful tutoring programs on a national level. He has successfully developed educational programs in California, Alabama, South Carolina and Florida.
Having graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Chad enjoys building efficient and effective programs that benefit students, families and schools. His goal is to ensure all students have the foundational skills that will allow them to be successful in their academic pursuits.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending music concerts with his daughter.
Eva Valdez
Office Manager
Eva has extensive experience overseeing educational services in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Previously, she was responsible for providing quality support to more than 100 tutors with 2,000 students in 20 different school districts.
She is well-experienced at hiring, training and managing large numbers of tutors and marketing staff. Eva worked as the office manager for The Children’s Bureau, which placed Foster Youth children with families and protected them from abuse. She also managed tutoring programs for students in foster care and probation.
Eva likes to volunteer for OSR (Operation Student Recovery) in the San Bernardino Youth Services Department and SARBS (Student Absence Recovery Board Services).
She is passionate about giving back to her community; Eva volunteers at the YMCA, teaching students arts and crafts.
Eva is married with eight children and six grandchildren with three more on the way. She dedicates her free time to enjoying her family.
